Vanilla Pudding Crème Brûlée

Ingredients - makes 2

  • 2 Zen Vanilla Puddings
  • 2 small ramekins
  • Cane sugar
  • Kitchen torch, to brûlée
  • Berries to garnish


  1. Pour each pudding glass into a small ramekin.
  2. Sprinkle a generous amount of sugar onto the top of the pudding.
  3. Use a torch brûlée the sugar until golden and crisp.
  4. Garnish with berries if desired and serve immediately.
