Vanilla Pudding Crème Brûlée
Ingredients - makes 2
- 2 Zen Vanilla Puddings
- 2 small ramekins
- Cane sugar
- Kitchen torch, to brûlée
- Berries to garnish
- Pour each pudding glass into a small ramekin.
- Sprinkle a generous amount of sugar onto the top of the pudding.
- Use a torch brûlée the sugar until golden and crisp.
- Garnish with berries if desired and serve immediately.
