Ingredients - makes 2
- 2 Vanilla Zen Puddings
- Vanilla wafers
- Vegan whipped cream
- Sliced banana (optional)
- In each of your serving cups, place a dollop of whipped cream into the bottom of the glass.
- Make another layer with 3 vanilla wafers.
- Dollop Zen Vanilla pudding on top of the wafers.
- Repeat layers until the serving cups are full (whipped cream, wafers, pudding)
- Garnish with banana slices and crushed vanilla wafers, if desired.
- Serve immediately or place in the fridge for a couple hours before serving and enjoy!
