Matcha Pudding Tiramisu

Ingredients - Makes 2

  • 1 ½ tsp matcha
  • 2/3 cup hot water
  • 6 ladyfingers, cut into thirds
  • 2 jars Zen Vanilla Pudding
  • Dairy-free whipped cream


  1. Combine the matcha and hot water in a small bowl and use a matcha whisk to whisk it until no clumps are left.
  2. Dip a piece of the lady finger into the matcha and place in the bottom of the jar. Repeat with 2 more pieces until the bottom of the jar is coated. Layer with ½ of the zen pudding jar, then repeat with 3 more of the ladyfinger pieces, followed by the rest of the pudding.
  3. Spread a dollop of whipped cream on top, and garnish with a dusting of matcha to serve if desired.
  4. Repeat with the second jar of pudding and remaining ingredients.
