Layered Vanilla Chia Pudding + Berries
Ingredients
- 1, 15 oz can coconut milk
- ⅓ cup chia seeds
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Zen Vanilla Pudding
- Berries of choice such as raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries
Directions
- Whisk together the coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
- In serving glasses, layer some of the chia pudding, then the berries, then the vanilla pudding. Follow with another layer of chia pudding and berries.
- Serve and enjoy!
