Layered Vanilla Chia Pudding + Berries


  • 1, 15 oz can coconut milk
  • ⅓ cup chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Zen Vanilla Pudding
  • Berries of choice such as raspberries, blueberries, and strawberries


  1. Whisk together the coconut milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  2. In serving glasses, layer some of the chia pudding, then the berries, then the vanilla pudding. Follow with another layer of chia pudding and berries.
  3. Serve and enjoy!
