Ingredients - makes 1
- 1 jar Zen Coconut Milk Vanilla Pudding
- Spoonful creamy peanut butter
- 2 tbsp dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp roughly chopped peanuts
- Flakey sea salt
- Melt the chocolate in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until smooth.
- Swirl the peanut butter in the top of the jar of pudding. Spoon the melted chocolate on top of the pudding, then top with the peanuts and salt
- Transfer to the freezer and chill until firm, about 30 minutes.
