Ingredients - makes 2
- 2 jars Zen Coconut Chocolate Pudding
- ⅔ cup coconut milk
- Whisk the pudding and coconut milk together until smooth.
- Spoon into little popsicle molds, affix with popsicle sticks, and secure the mold.
- Transfer to the freezer until solid, at least 6 hours.
- Remove from the molds and for best results and a softer bite, let sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
