Creamy Vegan Fudgesicles

Ingredients - makes 2


  1. Whisk the pudding and coconut milk together until smooth.
  2. Spoon into little popsicle molds, affix with popsicle sticks, and secure the mold.
  3. Transfer to the freezer until solid, at least 6 hours.
  4. Remove from the molds and for best results and a softer bite, let sit at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.
