Chocolate Tiramisu Cups
Ingredients - makes 2
- 4-6 ladyfingers
- 2 shots espresso
- 2 jars Zen Coconut Milk Chocolate Pudding
- Cocoa powder or shaved chocolate, to serve
Directions
- Brew the espresso and mix with ¼ cup water.
- Cut the ladyfingers in half and arrange in the bottom of two serving jars. Spoon some of the espresso mixture on top of the ladyfingers, soaking the cookies.
- Spoon half of a jar of the pudding on top of each jar with the ladyfingers, smoothing in a single layer.
- Repeat the last couple steps, layering another couple ladyfingers with espresso, then the pudding again.
- Chill at least 20 minutes and serve with cocoa powder or shaved chocolate on top!
