Chocolate Tiramisu Cups

Ingredients - makes 2



  1. Brew the espresso and mix with ¼ cup water.
  2. Cut the ladyfingers in half and arrange in the bottom of two serving jars. Spoon some of the espresso mixture on top of the ladyfingers, soaking the cookies.
  3. Spoon half of a jar of the pudding on top of each jar with the ladyfingers, smoothing in a single layer.
  4. Repeat the last couple steps, layering another couple ladyfingers with espresso, then the pudding again.
  5. Chill at least 20 minutes and serve with cocoa powder or shaved chocolate on top!
