Chocolate Raspberry Filled Croissants

Ingredients - makes 2

  • Croissants
  • Zen Coconut Milk Chocolate Pudding
  • Raspberries
  • Powdered sugar


  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice the croissants in half lengthwise but not all the way, leaving the side attached. Place on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes.
  2. Spread some chocolate pudding inside each croissant and stuff with a few raspberries.
  3. Sift some powdered sugar on top of the croissants and enjoy!
