Chocolate Raspberry Filled Croissants
Ingredients - makes 2
- Zen Coconut Milk Chocolate Pudding
- Powdered sugar
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Slice the croissants in half lengthwise but not all the way, leaving the side attached. Place on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 5 minutes.
- Spread some chocolate pudding inside each croissant and stuff with a few raspberries.
- Sift some powdered sugar on top of the croissants and enjoy!
