Carrot Cake Trifle
Ingredients - makes 2
- Premade carrot cake of choice
- Zen Coconut Milk Vanilla Pudding, to layer
- Shredded coconut, to top
- Walnut pieces, to top
- Cut the cake into 1-2 inch pieces.
- Place some of the cake in a layer at the bottom of a wide glass or other serving dish. Follow with a layer of vanilla pudding. Follow with another layer of cake pieces and another layer of pudding.
- Top with shredded coconut and nuts or other toppings as desired. Chill until ready to serve.
